From one of the Douros longest established and accomplished port house. Warre's vintage port comes from Warre’s three principal vineyards: Quinta da Cavadinha .Quinta do Retiro, Quinta de Talhada. Their vineyards are blessed with a high proportion of old vines planted between 90 and 100 years ago which give additional layers of complexity and structure to their Vintage Port.
The 2024 vintage exemplifies the houses legendary character: floral elegance, refined grace and remarkable complexity.
The nose is floral with notes of roses and violets with accompanied by bright fruit, the palate is elegant with fresh acidity and fine, polished tannins and a slightly stemmy note.. Expressive in its youth, this is a classic Vintage Port with the structure and balance to reward decades of cellaring.
