2025 Weingut Stefan Meyer Grauer Burgunder Löss-Lehm Trocken

Weingut Stefan Meyer is one of 13 producers in Rhodt, a small village 40 kilometers north of the French border. Stefan's family has roots in Hessen, and he has been making wine at the family cellar since 2009. The cellar, established in 1954, underwent a transition from aromatic to 'Pinot' varieties initiated by Stefan's father.

Weingut Stefan Meyer Grauer Burgunder Löss-Lehm Trocken undergoes natural fermentation, with approximately 20% matured in larger wooden vessels. Fermentation ceases naturally, resulting in a wine that retains about 5g/l of residual sugar.
