Andre Dezat is one of the appellation’s legendary characters. The domaine is now run by his two sons, Simon and Louis, and they have now been joined by his grandson Firmin. They have been incremental in improving the viticulture and winemaking. This Sancerre is firm and steely, with excellent ripeness and minerality.
