Cuco Oloroso is taken from some of Barbadillo’s older soleras. Aged for a minimum of 12 years this dry oloroso has an intense complexity of dried fruit & nuts on a smooth yet dry palate. The perfect wine to serve as an aperitif or to accompany a wide range of tapas.
