Château de Garnerot is an 18th-century estate nestled in the village of Mercurey, and boasts Aligoté vineyards with an average age of 40 years. The wine produced from these vines undergoes a meticulous aging process, spending 12 months in 500L oak barrels, with 20% of the barrels being new oak.
On the nose there are aromas of acacia, white flowers, and a hint of exotic fruits. Rich and round on the palate with mineral undertones, hints of citrus, honey, and a subtle touch of hazelnut leading to a lingering finish.
