Château de Montifaud Pineau des Charentes Blanc

A lovely aperitif (served chilled) or works equally well with fruit based desserts and cheeses. A very classy Pineau indeed.

Made by stopping fermentaion of grape juice within hours of pressing by the additon of at least a one year old brandy. This one is blended with the excellent Chateau de Montifaud Cognac and then barrel aged
