Vinification involves gentle extraction during fermentation to preserve fruit purity and supple tannins, followed by maturation in French oak barrels (a modest proportion new) to integrate structure without dominating the fruit.

The wine shows a bright ruby colour, with an aromatic profile of red plum, cherry and raspberry, layered with floral notes and a touch of spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied and supple, with soft, rounded tannins and balanced acidity supporting a core of red and black fruit.
