Distillerie de Paris Gin Bel Air

Distillerie de Paris is the first distillery to open in Paris in over a century! Their Bel Air gin is unusual and not your typical gin instead expressing the aromas and flavours of the tropical island of Reunion in the Indian Ocean. It is composed of botanicals from the volcanic soil, including vetiver, Victoria pineapple, cinnamon, wild pepper. It's body is dense, rich and smooth and marked by exotic fruits and becomes fresher and more vegetal after opening.
