Doorly's Fine Old Barbados Rum Aged 3 Years

Doorly's rum range is produced at the small, family-run Foursquare Distillery in Barbados and is one of the island’s oldest and most prestigious producers of rum. This expression is a white rum that has been aged for three years in small casks before a 3 step charcoal filtration process to give the final spirit a remarkably clean and unique taste. This process removes the colour from the liquid, but not the flavour profile. This makes it an excellent cocktail ingredient as it will impart the rich flavours of aged rum without impacting a drink's hue.
