Dupont is a third generation producer, situated in the top calvados making region of Pays d’Auge. It is still owned by the family and currently run by Etienne Dupont and is widely recognised as one of the finest producers of calvados today whose offerings are beautifully aged.
A golden yellow young Calvados, it has been aged 2 years in oak barrels, with 50% of new oak. There are complex and intense aromas of apple, pear, vanilla and citrus with earthy notes. It is round and fresh on the palate with notes of vanilla and dried fruits.
