Dupont is a third generation producer, situated in the top calvados making region of Pays d’Auge. It is still owned by the family and currently run by Etienne Dupont and is widely recognised as one of the finest producers of calvados today whose offerings are beautifully aged.
The VSOP is aged for a minimum of 5 years in oak barrels, with 25% of new oak. Intense aromas of roasted apples accompanied by notes of vanilla. Round and soft on the palate with more baked apples and pastry notes of vanilla and almond
