Argentinean dessert Pinot Noir? Absoloutely! Because of the vivid fruit content of Pinot it works perfectly as a pudding red wine here in this Vin Doux Naturel styled bottle. Strawberry syrup is too easy a description as you'll also find a sprinkle of pepper and more spice here. Works particularly well with chocolate we find, but is a very fine aperitif.
