A little barrel fermentation adds complexity and some creamy texture. Highly aromatic - fresh herbs and white peaches are immediate - with a very generous palate. Round and fuller than many Sancerres we know it's curiously intense. The oak is far from intrusive, instead adding further dimensions to the focused core of flavour.
