Kentucky Bourbon Pure XO

Pure Kentucky XO Bourbon is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled by Willett Distillers (formerly Kentucky Bourbon Distillers), and is known for its rich, mature profile and higher-strength character. It’s bottled at 53.5 % ABV (107 proof) and widely believed to be aged around 12 years, though the “XO” designation isn’t a legally defined age term in bourbon (borrowed loosely from cognac terminology to imply extra old). 

On the nose, expect notes of toffee, oak, fruit and spice, while the palate shows cinnamon, caramel, pepper, oak and brown sugar with a long, warm finish — spicy but balanced without being overly sweet.
