Massaya Arak Spirit of Lebanon
Massaya's Arak is produced exclusively from white Obeïdi grapes and green organic aniseed. It is triple-distilled in a traditional process using copper stills heated by fragrant fires of vinewood. The young spirit is aged in clay amphorae for around 2 years.
Best served on the rocks or crushed ice it can also be served diluted with fresh water as an aperitif or as a digestif.
