A stunning Whisky not only rare but tastes fantastic...

A rare and exceptional Speyside blend honouring 18th-century geologist James Hutton and his revolutionary "Theory of the Earth." Named for the geological unconformity he first identified near Reiver's Distillery in the Scottish Borders, this 14-year-old whisky masterfully marries spirit from two distilleries - one aged in re-charred hogsheads, the other in first-fill bourbon barrels, with select casks finished in reused Oloroso sherry before blending and final maturation.

Nose reveals grassy, hay-like character with lemon zest, melted butter, dried apricots, and a whisper of Oloroso. On the palate, bright citrus and white pepper dance alongside honey, linseed oil, and grassy tomato-vine notes, finishing with warming oak spice.

Limited to 240 bottles available in the UK. A whisky of rare provenance and exceptional craftsmanship.
