Domaine Jean Collets et Fils' Cremant comes from a plot located on the plateau of Villy to the north of Chablis, on oyster marl soils from the Barremian era, dating from 130 to 65 million years ago. This plot benefits from a superb South-East exposure.
Made in the traditional Champenoise method the wine is aged for 9 months before bottling then a further 24 months before disgorging.
Aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus with notes of brioche and a touch of spice. On the palate, a fine mousse with toasty notes, apples and quince.
