Call this more of a curiosity in that it's bottle conditioned (that's the same method they use in Champagne). Most Prosécco is Metodo Charmat-Martinotti (i.e. done in a tank) this is not disgorged so does still have a sediment which just adds to the fuller flavour. It tastes great but let it settle for a day or two as it may be a little cloudy when you first get it home!
