Established in 1906 and claiming to be the oldest co-operative in France, the Arbois Fruitière has played a significant role in the history and development of modern Jura wines. This is a full-bodied, yeasty cremant with notes of brioche and a lovely rounded mouthfeel. It has a zesty acidity, with citrus cutting through the richness on the long finish. What makes it most interesting is the addition of Vin Jaune in the dosage , giving it a real nutty edge!
