The name Donna Selvatica means “Wild Woman,” a character often featured on the hand-drawn labels created by the legendary distiller Romano Levi. Like many traditional Italian amari, it is made by infusing herbs, roots and botanicals in alcohol to create a bittersweet herbal liqueur that reflects the rustic traditions of northern Italy.
The flavour profile is typically rich and complex, balancing herbal bitterness with aromatic sweetness.
