Saurus, was named after a dinosaur that was unearthed during the construction of the winery in the cool climate region of Patagonia; a region ideal for growing Pinot Noir. It has aromas of red fruits with a touch of vanilla. The palate is medium bodied with finely grained tannins and good ripe fruit.
