All of the apples used come from their own traditional orchards. They are collected, cleaned, mixed, pressed over the months of September to December. The apple juice
is then fermented over a period of 8 months and the resulting cider distilled once. The Calvados is aged for at least 3 years in a large barrel to preserve its fruity aromas.
Strongly fruity with aromas of apples, accompanied by notes of vanilla and citrus. There is a lot of freshness and intensity on the palate with flavours of cooked apples and a good length on the finish
This Calvados is perfect as a digestive, in cocktails or for culinary purposes.
