The World of Stickies - Sweet Wine Tasting Flight Friday 4th November

We are always super excited to do a tasting with a bit of a difference and this one for sweet wine or ‘stickies’ has really got us thinking! There are so many differing styles of sweet wines and they are wonderfully versatile in terms of food pairings. While there are plenty of classic matches there are others that are less well known so this tasting pairs six sweet wines with and it’s bite size food match.

Sometimes it often seems hard to make room for a sweet wine at the end of a meal  but we think it’s a lot of fun to pick your favourite and make that the centre piece of your evening. Hopefully this tasting will give you some new ideas...

We like a bit of an element of surprise so won't reveal the food pairings yet! But we will do a savoury pairing, a cheese one and then follow with sweets and dessert pairings. Please let us know if you or your guests are vegetarian or vegan. During the evening you will be served an aperitif, 6 x 50ml pours of stickies with their appropriate small bites pairing.
