The little brother to Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon. This Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon (blended with Malbec) carries the structure, power, and tannins of classic Cabernet in a younger drinking style. It is bright and fruit-forward with pleasant savoury note.

Why we love Vasse Felix' Filius
One of the most enjoyable winemaker tastings we put on last year was from Vasse Felix’s Virginia Willcock and her amazing wines. Of course, her premium wines are world class but it was her Filius range which more than stood up to their more expensive older brothers and sisters.

For the money these are a steal, organically grown with minimal intervention the white is lees aged in oak barrels and the red also spends time aging in oak barrels. These are awesome wines over delivering and arguably the best pound for pound wines in the shop.
