This single cask English whisky is produced from Laureate barley, distilled and filled into an ex-Oloroso sherry cask in October 2020, before being bottled in March 2026 at 53.3% ABV. The whisky is drawn from a single cask release of just 380 bottles, highlighting its limited availability and concentrated style. Maturation in Oloroso cask defines the profile, delivering depth, richness and pronounced sherry influence.

Tasting note:
The whisky shows a deep amber hue with an expressive nose of dried fruits — raisin and sultana — alongside treacle, toasted nuts and sweet spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and richly textured, with flavours of dark dried fruit, hazelnut, almond and molasses, supported by integrated oak and warming spice. The structure is broad yet balanced, with the cask influence driving both intensity and complexity. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering notes of treacle, dried fruit and nutty richness.
