Corte Giara is the negociant label of Allegrini. The wines are made by Allegrini from fruit bought in from outside their own vineyards. This wine was made using a traditional Veronese practice known as "ripasso", producing a wine that has plump red fruit combined with sweet spices, giving way to delicately spiced herbs. Smooth, rich, round and well-structured, with a balanced freshness.
