2021 Boekenhoutskloof Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from Swartland farms, namely Porseleinberg and Goldmine. These vineyards grow on the rocky bedrock, so stoney they need drills to plant new vines. The wine is perfumed, lots of dark fruit, the tannins adding structure and the acidity adding freshness, derived from the unique combination of soil, aspect and the maritime influence from False Bay.
