This range of limited release wines is hand crafted by Miles. The Cinsault comes from 22 year old bush trained vines from a single vineyard in Swartland. After fermentation the wine was left on its skins to macerate for 30 days and was matured in old French oak barriques for 9 months.
Vibrant cherry red in colour with aromas of rose petals, brambles and herbs. The palate is filled with flavours of blackcurranrt, red berries, dried herbs and white pepper.
