Whittaker’s American Bourbon-Style Whiskey Release is a single virgin oak cask bottling, presented at 58.1% ABV cask strength. Crafted traditionally with 75% corn and Laureate barley, it marks the first-ever American bourbon-style whiskey produced in the Yorkshire Dales.

The natural sweetness from the corn and grain imparts notes of caramel and honey, while the virgin oak contributes warming baking spices such as cinnamon and clove. The finish is long and lingering, echoing with vanilla and toffee.

Aroma:
Layers of cereal, heather, truffle, and delicate florals, underscored by a faint hint of linseed.

Palate:
Rich and textured, offering flavours of sugar puffs, truffle oil, clove, fennel, and a gentle touch of violets.

Conclusion:
Full-bodied and assertive, with an initial punch of heat that mellows to a silky, glyceric texture when a few drops of water are added.
